– Calling All Vendors –

The mission of the Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery is to educate and to promote art and culture for current and future generations. Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), has been celebrated at the Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery since the late 1990’s. This holiday is near and dear to our hearts, and is one of our largest community based events.

We plan to have the fourth annual Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) community street fiesta on Saturday, October 26, 2019. The fiesta will take place in the parking lot across the street from the Center or Market Street if the City approves it. The fiesta will be from 10am to 5:00pm. There will be live music, activities for kids, vendors, different kinds of food and much more.

– Vendor Rules –

The following rules apply to all vendors:

  • The fee for vendors is: $25 for non-profits | $65 for merchants | $85 for food vendors
  • You will be able to sell anything except food or drinks.
  • This is a Day of the Dead event, so theme is encouraged for vendor booths.
  • You will be able to give out information about your company.
  • You will have to bring your own tables and chairs and 10x10 canopy.
  • Setup times will differ for canopy vendors vs trailer vendors, so expect an email following registration with details.
  • Once you have registered, you will be assigned a number space which will  be marked the day of the event.
  • FOOD VENDORS: will be inspected by Fire Marshal day of event, so make sure fire-extinguishers and permits are up to date for your booth/trailer.
